Monroe - On June 25 and 26, members of Troop 440 of Monroe spent the weekend working with and learning about horses at April Acres in Pine Bush. The scouts fed the horses, groomed them, saddled them, cleaned their shoes and learned to ride. The scouts earned their horsemanship merit badge; they also played horse shoes. The following scouts attended: Connor Coghlan, Chuck Crover, Christopher Endrizzi, Ryan Lessman, Matt Murphy, Eric Neyer, Mike Rallo, Eric Rogers, Anthony Salatto, Anthony Sizian, Andrew Wasserman, Brian Williams, Christopher Yurman, Matt Yurman and Nick Manson. The following leaders attended: Jack Rallo, Mike Endrizzi, Joe Yurman, Chuck Crover and Bob Williams.
